Overboard Rescue

William Baghoomian lassos the motor on an unmanned skiff with a stuck throttle while his neighbor Bill Breese steers in the Tongass Narrows between Pennock Island and Berth 1 in Ketchikan, Alaska on Friday, March 19, 2021. Baghoomian and Breese responded to their neighbor's call for help after he went overboard. They were able to successfully rescue him, and then recruit another boater, Chad Chatham, and recover the rogue skiff.
